Mission Statement

The Knowledge Base has been established to facilitate the implementation and utilization of technology for the management of information. By taking a leadership role and providing quality service, we will enable our customers, both internal and external, to maximize their productivity.

Our mission is to be an effective single point of contact for all technology-related issues, requests and questions for LA Works staff and customers. Our goal is to focus on customer needs by continually

- Improving our communications process;

- Shortening our service response time levels;

- Expanding the knowledge we have about our productivity tools, and

- Examining and refining our business processes.

By adhering to our mission, we will be able to deliver a high level of quality service to our customers. The Knowledge Base will provide valuable knowledge resources to our organization, and be a significant corporate asset.
